Off The Grid: Leaving Social Media

While I was off on summer break a big thing happened in the social media world — Meta launched Threads! And everybody had some feelings about it.

So in this episode, I’m sharing my answer to the question, “Should you be on Threads?” And I’m reminding us that while we don’t need to judge who is or isn’t on an app, our choices can reflect our values in meaningful and powerful ways.
